She was born on August 20, 1968, in Cape Town, South Africa, and began her career in the early 1990s. She was active from 1991 to 1996, a five-year span that saw her rise to prominence in the industry. Her most notable achievement came in March 1994, when she was named Penthouse Pet of the Month at the age of 25.

Champ's physical attributes include a slim build, with measurements of 37–24–36 and a bra size of 36D. She has brown eyes, black hair, and enhanced breasts. She is Caucasian and holds South African nationality. Early in her career, she moved to the UK at age 18, working for top magazines like the Sport, as well as camera clubs and the amateur modelling circuit. She was also active in the stripping scene, collaborating with Mel Penny and countless others.

Her professional film work included several hardcore productions for Swedish photographer Ulf Stjernbo, encompassing solo, girl/girl, and boy/girl scenes. She later returned to South Africa in the late 90s to recover, and she quit the modelling scene altogether. Her career, though brief, left a lasting mark in adult entertainment.
