Meredith Eaton

Meredith Eaton is an American actress known for her roles in Family Law, Boston Legal, and NCIS. Born in Valley Stream, New York, she has been active in the entertainment industry since 1999. Standing at 4'3" and referring to herself as a "short-stature actress," she made history as the first female dwarf to have a regular role in an American prime time series when she played attorney Emily Resnick on CBS's Family Law. She also appeared as Bethany Horowitz on ABC's Boston Legal and as Dr. Carol Wilson on CBS's NCIS.

Eaton was born on Long Island to a clinical social worker mother and an administrative law judge father. She attended Hofstra University, where she was an active member of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority, graduating in 1996 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies and a minor in theater. In June 2007, Hofstra named her Alumnus of the Month. She later earned a master's degree in clinical psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University, achieving a 4.0 GPA. She credits her psychology training with helping her understand character dynamics when preparing for acting roles.

Today, Eaton continues to work as an actress. She is 55 years old, with brown hair and brown eyes, and maintains a chubby body type. Her measurements are 29–25–33, and she wears a 34A bra cup size. She is active on Instagram, where she has gathered a following of 138k.
