About Melis Sezen
Melis Sezen is an actress known for her roles in Turkish television and film. She was born on 2 January 1997 in Silivri, Istanbul Province, Turkey. Her paternal family members are Macedonian Albanian immigrants, while her maternal family members immigrated from Thessaloniki, Greece. She has a younger brother, and her family is engaged in trade. Her mother discovered her interest in acting and enrolled her in Müjdat Gezen Art Center. She received drama education from the age of 12 and theater training for one year at the center. She then appeared in the play Cümbüş-ü Hospital at Ali Solmaz Theatre in Silivri. She graduated from Koç University with a degree in Media and Visual Arts.
Her acting career began in 2016 with a role in the series Hayat Bazen Tatlıdır. In 2017, she played "Ebru" in Siyah İnci. Her film debut came in 2018 with Dünya Hali and Tilki Yuvası, followed by a significant role in Bizim İçin Şampiyon. In 2019, she had a leading role in Leke as "Yasemin," then starred in Sevgili Geçmiş as "Deren" and in Mucize 2: Aşk as "Beren." That same year, she made IMDb's Starmetre top 100 list. In 2020, she played "Nazan" in the historical mini-series Ya İstiklal Ya Ölüm. She also had a role in the movie Kovala, which was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From 2020 to 2022, she shared the leading role in Sadakatsiz, a local adaptation of Doctor Foster.
More recently, she starred in The Unfaithful (2020–2022), Gülcemal (2023), and Genius (2024–2025). She is set to appear in The Gentleman (2026–). With a slim body type, red hair, and brown eyes, she stands 5'7". She has a real, natural figure, with measurements of 34–24–35 and a WHR of 0.69. She has a large Instagram following of 2.1 million.
