Megha Gupta

With an athletic build at 5'4", Megha Gupta moves with the poise of someone who has spent years in front of the camera and in the gym. Her black hair and brown eyes are a classic combination, but her real presence comes from a disciplined fitness regimen that she now teaches as a certified trainer.

Gupta started acting around 2005, when she was about 20, and built a career as an Indian television actress and model over the next two decades. After stepping away from the screen, she turned her focus to fitness, sharing her expertise with a large following of 1.3 million on Instagram. Her journey from the sets of Indian television to the fitness studio reflects a versatile career, one that continues to evolve in the public eye.
