Martina's path to fame began early. At 17, she met her current boyfriend in high school, who encouraged her to pursue modeling. After graduating, she worked as a flight attendant, a job that required a neutral image, but she continued modeling in her spare time. In 2012, she made the bold decision to quit her job and undergo extensive body modification surgery to achieve her dream look. That May, she had surgery to narrow her legs, hips, and waist, followed by a nose job, lip enhancements, and porcelain veneers. In December 2012, she had her first breast augmentation, and since then she has undergone 23 fill-ups, reaching a volume of 7100cc per breast in May 2017. She has also had multiple collagen lip injections and plans further breast augmentation in the future.

Since January 2017, Martina has been changing her appearance from Caucasian to Black, a transition that includes skin pigmentation treatment and black hair coloring. She has also expressed intentions to alter her facial features and enlarge her buttocks. Her look is completed by a navel piercing and an enviable hourglass figure with measurements of 50–24–37.
