Marietta Chrousala was born on Friday, March 11, 1983, in Rizari, Greece, and she is Greek. In 2003, she won the title of Star Hellas and then represented Greece at the Miss Universe 2003 pageant, finishing in fifteenth place. This early achievement launched her into the public eye.

Before her pageant win, she had already been volunteering since 2002 for the 2004 Summer Olympics. After winning her title, she was chosen as one of the celebrities to take part in the Olympic Flame torch relay that finished in Greece. In 2005, she co-hosted the TV game show "Poly tin Kyriaki" on Mega Channel with Grigoris Arnaoutoglou. She later moved to Alter Channel to host her own show. From 2006 to 2009, she was the main host of the morning gossip show "I Ellada Pezei."

In 2011, she appeared as a contestant on the Greek version of Dancing With The Stars on ANT1. Since 2005, she has been an ambassador for Seventeen Cosmetics. At 43 years old, she stands 5'10" with a slim build, blonde hair, and measurements of 33–26–38. Her Instagram following numbers 183k.
