Marcella Zoia

Marcella Zoia is a Brazilian-Canadian influencer and model, better known by her internet alias, Chair Girl. Born in Brazil, she moved to Canada just before ninth grade and lived with her mother in Thornhill, Ontario. Before her rise to infamy, she was a dental hygiene student and worked as a bottle service girl. She has black hair, brown eyes, and an athletic build, with enhanced breasts. Her mixed-race background is primarily Latin, and she holds both Brazilian and Canadian nationality.

In February 2019, a viral video showed Zoia throwing a chair from a 45th-story balcony onto a busy Toronto highway. No one was injured, but the chair landed near a woman with a child. She surrendered to police and pleaded guilty to mischief endangering life. In July 2020, she was sentenced to two years of probation, 150 hours of community service, and a C$2,000 fine. Her defense cited ADHD, alcohol struggles, and peer pressure. The incident led to public shaming, removal from a Drake music video, loss of modeling contracts, and dismissal from her college program.

As of early 2026, her legal requirements from the 2020 sentence have concluded. She has maintained a social media presence as a promotional model and content creator, and she has a linked OnlyFans account.
