Mannara Chopra

Actress Mannara Chopra has appeared in films across Telugu, Bollywood, Kannada, and Hindi since her debut in 2014. She started with the romance Prema Geema Jantha Nai and the Bollywood thriller Zid in the same year. Over the years, she has taken on roles in Thikka (2016), Rogue (2017), and Sita (2019). In 2023, she gained wider recognition as the 2nd runner-up on Bigg Boss 17.

Born on 29 March 1991 in Ambala Cantonment, Haryana, she grew up in a family with a jewellery designer mother and an advocate father at Delhi High Court. She has a younger sister who is a fashion stylist. Chopra completed her schooling at Summer Fields School, New Delhi, and earned a BBA degree while also training as a fashion designer. She was born as Barbie Handa and later changed her name to Mannara Chopra, on her cousin Priyanka Chopra's advice. She is also a maternal cousin of actresses Parineeti Chopra and Meera Chopra.

In 2016, she returned to Telugu films with Jakkanna and Thikka, the latter earning her a Special Jury Award at the 15th Santosham Film Awards. Her Kannada debut came in 2017 with Rogue, which brought her another Special Jury Award. She later appeared in Sita (2019), the Hindi short film Haale Dil on Broken Notes (2021), and Hi Five - Fun and Gun (2022). The Times of India found her 'fantastic' in the latter. She is 5'6" tall with black hair and grey eyes. As of June 2026, she has a large following on Instagram.
