Biography
About Maeve Quinlan
Maeve Quinlan's career spans two very different arenas: professional tennis and acting. She entered the professional tennis circuit at age 16, competing in the French Open, Wimbledon, and the U.S. Open. She earned full scholarships to both USC and Northwestern University, where she studied theater. An injury ended her tennis career, leading her to pursue acting, starting with commercials for Nike and Gatorade.
She became a regular on The Bold and the Beautiful, playing Megan Conley from 1995 to 2005, and returned for a three-week guest stint in March 2006. She also appeared in the controversial 2002 film Ken Park. She is a second-generation Irish American, the daughter of Irish immigrants, and holds dual Irish and American citizenship.
