Maddison Noel (Instagram)

Maddison Noel's first TikTok video from 2021 shows her posing in workout clothes, then jokingly shaking her belly, with a caption noting that Instagram pictures don't always reflect reality. That candid approach carries through her work as a fitness model, trainer, influencer, and model. She creates coaching programs, digital guides, and other products aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Born on Sunday, December 26, 1993, in Canada, Maddison is Canadian with Caucasian ethnicity. She stands 5'5" tall and has an average build, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her measurements are 36–26–38 and she wears a 32D bra cup. As of June 2026, her Instagram following sits at 331k, which is notably close to the 400k she once cited on her original account.

In 2024, Maddison traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada, and shared a video walking around The Seven Magic Mountains, a roadside attraction near the Mojave Desert. In April 2025, she posted a video with her best friend, hugging in the kitchen before she left for a trip, acknowledging the friend's support. These moments, along with her fitness content, give her an approachable presence online. She keeps sharing advice and inspiration, and her audience keeps growing.
