Madalina Manole, born Magdalena-Anca Mircea, was one of Romania's most beloved pop singers. She made her artistic debut at age 15 and quickly rose to fame in the 1990s Romanian music scene. Hits like "Fată din diamant," "Vreau să te uit," "Tu n-ai avut curaj," and "Suflet gol" became anthems of romantic, heartfelt expression.
