Lyen Wong

Born on a Monday, the 5th of August 1974, in Matanzas, Cuba, Lyen Wong is a Cuban fitness model whose mixed-race heritage is primarily Asian. Her maternal grandparents came from the Basque Country in Spain, while her father was of Chinese Cuban and Afro-Cuban descent. She studied English Literature at the Universidad de Matanzas Camilo Cienfuegos, earning her "Licenciada" in 1997. Before moving to Europe in 2001, she worked as a fitness trainer in the Cuban beach resort of Varadero.

After settling in Madrid in 2001 and then Düsseldorf in 2003, Wong began competing with the NAC Germany association in 2005. She went on to win the NAC Germany German championship and the German Intl. championship in the Miss Fitness category. She also captured the Miss Universe title of NAC International in the Shape category, among other national and international titles. Her competition career continued in the United States, where she has participated in figure competitions since 2010.

Wong is a sportswoman and a certified personal trainer, holding an American Council on Exercise certification since 2003. She works as a personal trainer and currently lives with her husband in Miami, Florida. At 5'6" and 132 lbs, she maintains a muscular build. She is 51 years old. Her career spans over two decades, from her fitness debut in 2005 to ongoing figure competitions, making her a notable figure in the sport.
