Lucy McGonigle

Lucy McGonigle is a CrossFit athlete from Newtownards, County Down, Ireland. She started training at just 9 years old at CrossFit Enable, a local gym in her hometown. By her mid-teens, she had already achieved significant success, including winning the title of Fittest Teen on Earth at the CrossFit Games in multiple youth categories. Now 18 or 19, she has transitioned to elite-level competition and is considered one of the sport's rising stars. With a muscular build, brown hair, and blue eyes, she stands 5'3" and weighs 146 lbs. She is also a student, balancing her athletic career with her studies. Lucy began her competitive journey in 2023 and has been active for three years, quickly making a name for herself in the sport.
