Lucy Markovic

Australian fashion model Lucy Markovic, of Croatian descent, was born on 19 January 1998 in Gold Coast, Queensland. She gained prominence through her appearance on Australia's Next Top Model in 2015, which propelled her into the international fashion scene. Markovic worked with brands such as Givenchy, Versace, Armani, and Victoria Beckham, and graced the pages of several international editions of Vogue. She was also signed with Elite Model Management NYC. She had black hair and brown eyes, with a slim build and real, natural breasts. Her career spanned from 2013 to 2025, beginning when she was around 15 years old. She died on 10 April 2025 in Berlin, aged 27. Markovic had an arteriovenous malformation, a condition involving tangled, abnormal brain vessels. One month before her death, she learned she needed emergency surgery, which was performed on 2 April 2025 in Berlin. She passed away from complications of the disease, having been in a coma before her death.
