About Lorie Pester
Lorie Pester, born Laure Monique Pester on May 2, 1982, in Le Plessis-Bouchard, France, first became known as a French singer with her debut album "Près de toi," certified triple platinum. Over her career she has sold more than 8 million albums and singles worldwide, and she has released six certified albums in total. She started in the entertainment industry around 2001, at age 19, and has remained active for 25 years.
In addition to music, Lorie is also an actress. She has lent her voice to French versions of international films including Stuart Little 2, starred in the TF1 TV film "De feu et de glace," and guest-starred as a Parisian model on the American soap opera The Young and the Restless. She also launched a clothing line called "Lorie," sold in Z stores in France until early 2009.
Since 2018, she has been in a relationship with Yann Dernaucourt, a manager for Eddy de Pretto. In September 2020, she gave birth to a daughter named Nina. Lorie is French, 5'6" tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
