Edited by the community

Romanian singer, actress, and television personality Loredana Groza has spent four decades in the spotlight, starting her career at just 16 years old. Born in Onești, Bacău, she first gained fame with her 1988 debut album, Bună seara, iubito, whose title track remains her signature hit. Over the years, she has alternated between pop, dance, and reinterpretations of classic Romanian songs, often drawing on pre-war music for inspiration.

Groza's Versatility extends beyond music. She is a coach on the Romanian version of The Voice, a role she held for the first seven seasons, and she serves as the face of Avon in Romania. In 2011, she lent her voice to Gloria in the animated film Happy Feet 2 for the Romanian dub, showcasing her reach into family entertainment. Her professional life also includes acting and modeling, with a slim 5'5" frame and natural 34C bust.

Away from work, she is married to Andrei Boncea, and they have one daughter. Her 2002 live performance Zaraza–vânzătoarea de plăceri on Pro TV, born from her research into interwar music, is a testament to her artistic curiosity. She remains a familiar face on Romanian television and in celebrity culture.
