She jokes that she is a real-life version of Susan Sarandon's character in "Bull Durham," and she says she prefers younger men, particularly athletes. She is also vocal about health and safety, advocating for stricter testing and condom use after she returned to the industry. In 2024, she was arrested at a Matt Rife comedy show over an alleged venue phone policy violation, a charge she denied on her podcast, "The Lisa Ann Experience," and she declined to pursue legal action. Since performing, she has focused on sports commentary with SiriusXM, podcasting, and mentoring new talent, while maintaining a strong social media presence: 4.4 million followers on Instagram and 180,800 on TikTok. She stands 5'2" with an athletic build, brown hair, and brown eyes. Her original breast implants, once a 38DD, were removed after retirement, a decision she discussed publicly. Her net worth is estimated at $4 million. She is most admired for her charisma, professionalism, and her ability to connect with fans, who praise her hourglass figure and expressive performances.
