Lauren Findley

Lauren Findley didn't start out chasing a stage-ready physique. Back then, she was as normal as other women out there, active and athletic, hitting the gym and going for runs, but she never aimed for an intense body like the one she has now. She always tried to take complete care of her diet, though she sometimes ate whatever was available at the moment.

Everything shifted when she entered the 2015 NPC South Jersey Championship, where she ended in 5th place. Instead of stopping, she worked even harder and came back to win first place at the 2016 NPC South Jersey Championship. Slowly, people started noticing. When she created her Instagram account and posted pictures, a large number of people were attracted and her fame rose quickly.

Today, Lauren is a fitness model, trainer, and influencer from Pennsylvania, United States. She's a Gymshark athlete with a real, natural athletic build: 5'2", 125 lbs, red hair, and green eyes. She competes in fitness competitions and shares her journey with her 606k Instagram followers. At 35, she's been active in the industry since 2008, nearly 18 years of consistent work. She's American, and her body type is Athletic. Lauren's story shows how dedication can turn an average start into a notable career.
