About Laura Elizondo
Laura Elizondo won the Nuestra Belleza Mexico crown on September 10, 2004, in San Luis Potosi, becoming the second woman from Tamaulipas to do so since the pageant began in 1994. She then represented Mexico at Miss Universe 2005, where she finished as third runner-up and took third place in the best national costume competition. Elizondo said she was pleased with her results, despite not winning.
Born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, on August 28, 1983, she is a Mexican beauty pageant contestant and former glamour model. She stands 5'8" with a slim build, auburn hair, and brown eyes. Her measurements are 33–24–35. She was active in modeling from 2004 to 2010. On September 2, 2005, she crowned her successor, Priscila Perales of Nuevo León. Elizondo graduated with a bachelor's in business administration from the Technological Institute in Monterrey on May 30, 2008.
