Lara Gut

Lara Gut-Behrami, born Lara Gut on 27 April 1991 in Sorengo, Switzerland, is a Swiss alpine skier who has competed at the highest level since 2006. She specializes in the speed events of downhill and Super-G, though she races in all disciplines. Her biggest career triumph came at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, where she took gold in the super-G. With 48 World Cup victories across three disciplines, she stands among the all-time greats in the sport. She is the first woman to log at least ten World Cup wins in three different disciplines. Her Super-G record is unmatched: six Super-G globes, 24 World Cup victories in the discipline, plus Olympic and world championship gold medals. That makes her the most successful alpine skier in Super-G history. She is small but powerful, standing 5'3" with a slim frame and natural curves.
