Lacey Schwimmer

American dancer Lacey Schwimmer was born on June 28, 1988, in Redlands, California. She began performing at 15 and has been active in the industry since 2003. Schwimmer is a competitive ballroom dancer and musician, known for her work in West Coast Swing and International Latin styles. She gained national attention as a fourth-place finalist on the third season of So You Think You Can Dance.

Schwimmer comes from a dance family: her father Buddy Schwimmer is a noted dancer, her younger brother Benji won season two of So You Think You Can Dance, and her cousin Heidi Groskreutz placed fourth on the same show's second season. She performed as a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars across seven seasons, partnering with celebrities including Lance Bass, Steve-O, Mark Dacascos, Kyle Massey, Mike Catherwood, and Chaz Bono. She also appeared in Jon Chu and Adam Sevani's Biggest Online Dance Battle, on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and danced alongside Adam Sandler at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards.

As an educator, Schwimmer is part of the iHollywood Dance faculty, teaching master classes in the United States and Norway. She has also released her own line of tube socks and a dancewear line designed with Sugar and Bruno. Her debut single, "Love Soundz," was released on June 21, 2011.
