Born in Tyumen, Siberia, on February 28, 1987, she grew up in Russia dreaming of the catwalk, idolizing Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, and Claudia Schiffer. Her career began early; at 15, her mother brought her to the Black Lady agency, where her potential was immediately recognized. A year later, she entered the Image 2000 contest, and soon after, she competed in Miss Russia at age 16. Though she didn't win, the experience cemented her path.
