Kelly Key

Born March 3, 1983, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Kelly Key is a Brazilian actress, musician, presenter, and former Playboy model. Her professional journey began at 16, when she signed with TV Globo and debuted as a presenter on the program "Samba, Pagode & Cia". Her music career took off two years later with the single "Escondido", but it was "Baba" that won radio airplay and led to her eponymous debut album, which sold 500,000 copies and achieved platinum status. Subsequent albums, including "Do Meu Jeito" and "Kelly Key", each moved hundreds of thousands of copies, and her total career sales exceed 2 million. After a hiatus in 2009 to focus on television, she returned to music in 2015 with "No Controle".

Beyond performing, Kelly has made her mark as a presenter and businesswoman. She served as art director for her own shows starting in 2004 and hosted programs on Rede Record like "Mestres do Ilusionismo" and "Hoje em Dia" until 2014. Her academic path includes a degree in administration from UNISUAM, earned in 2010, and she began veterinary studies in 2015, though she did not finish after the birth of her third child. She has also been involved in philanthropic efforts, including a 2002 government campaign for condom use and serving as godmother to AMICCA since 2003. In her personal life, she married businessman Mico Freitas in 2004, and together they have three children: Suzanna, Jaime Vitor, and Artur, born in 2000, 2005, and 2017. Currently, she runs a YouTube program interviewing fitness personalities, and her Instagram following stands at 9.4 million.
