She is a Brazilian actress and model, and a former beauty pageant contestant. Early in her career, she won the As Panteras carnival beauty contest in 1993 alongside Nubia Oliver. Soon after, she appeared on the cover of Brazilian Playboy in April 1993, followed by features in Sexy Magazine in March 1994 and another Playboy feature in 1995. She also appeared in a famous 'blondes vs brunettes' superposter with Luciana Pereira in 1997. In 1997, she performed at the Academicos de Santa Cruz carnival parade in Rio de Janeiro, wearing only adhesive tape to cover her vagina, alongside two other 'Princesses of Drums'.
