Kelli O'hara

American actress Kelli O'hara has built a career on Broadway stages since the early 2000s. Born on April 16, 1976, in Elk Grove, Oklahoma, she grew up in the state and graduated from Deer Creek High School. She later earned a music degree from Oklahoma City University, which laid the foundation for her singing and acting work.

O'hara's Broadway credits include leading roles in musicals such as The Pajama Game, South Pacific, Nice Work if You Can Get It, The Bridges of Madison County, The King and I, and Kiss Me, Kate. She is a seven-time Tony Award nominee, with one nod in 2005 for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for The Light in the Piazza and six nominations for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical. She won the Tony Award in 2015 for her performance in The King and I.

Beyond the Tony nominations, she has been a four-time nominee for Broadway's Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical. She is also a singer and of Irish descent. At 50 years old, she stands 5'7" with blonde hair and blue eyes.
