Biography
About Keerthi Pandian
Keerthi Pandian, 34, was born on Tuesday 18th of February 1992 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Tamil films, and she identifies as Asian with black hair and brown eyes. Her body type is slim, and her boobs are real/natural. Before making her film debut, she had a brief career as a dancer in ballet and salsa, then shifted to theatre acting in 2015. She also served as head director of operations in A&P Groups, her father's film distribution company, while simultaneously running her own distribution company in Singapore.
Her film debut came in 2019 with Thumbaa, after director Harish Ram approached her with a lead role. She then acted in the survival thriller Anbirkiniyal (2021), a remake of the Malayalam film Helen, alongside her father. Other credits include the comedy miniseries Postman on ZEE5, Kannagi (2023), Blue Star (2024), and the much-delayed Konjam Pesinaal Yenna. Her work in Thumbaa earned her the Super daughter award from Femina.
Notably, Pandian is the daughter of actor and politician Arun Pandian and cousin of actress Ramya Pandian. But she often introduced herself by her first name during auditions to avoid appearing as if she relied on nepotism. She faced discrimination early on for her skin color and being underweight, yet declined roles that lacked substance. She has been active since 2015, and her Instagram following stands at 630k.
