About Katharina Mazepa
Austrian model and former beauty pageant contestant Katharina Mazepa was born on August 19, 1995, in Vienna, Austria. She grew up in the city's Mariahilf district and attended Vienna Bilingual School. At 14, she spent a year studying in Malaysia. Later, she studied environmental engineering at BOKU University in Vienna. Mazepa was crowned Miss Vienna in 2014 and has worked as an international model since then.
In 2019, she married Shilo Mazepa, a US diplomat, in Spoleto, Italy. The couple then moved to Washington, D.C. Amina Dagi, a former Miss Universe contestant, served as her bridesmaid. As of March 2026, Mazepa has amassed 1.6 million followers on Instagram.
