Her entry into the industry was marked by a Penthouse pictorial in August 1988, photographed by Suze Randall, and she later graced the cover of Hustler in November 1989. She was known as an early performer who used "high class spreads" in men's magazines as a springboard into pornographic acting. Her cover appearances included High Society in July 1988, Fox in November 1988, Leg Show in September 1988, Juggs in February 1990, and the Very Best of High Society number 20. She also appeared in Girls of Penthouse July/August 1991, photographed by Earl Miller.

Midway through her career, Kascha opted for breast enlargement, going from a B-Cup to a DD-Cup. She was among the first wave of porn stars to get implants, though she initially denied having them done, instead claiming that her enlarged bosom resulted from an auto accident in which her breasts bashed against the dashboard. Her weight shifted from a skinnier 105 lb (48 kg) to a curvy 130 lb (59 kg), and her measurements settled at 36–23–34 with a 36D bra size. She had a butterfly tattoo on her left buttock and various piercings. Kascha left adult films in 1994, then performed as an exotic dancer for a few years. She also had bit parts in several B-movies under the name Alison LePriol, including Auntie Lee's Meat Pies (1993), Caged Fury (1989), and Fortress of Amerikkka (1989).
