Karen Pang

Fitness model, makeup artist, and national bikini champion Karen Pang was born October 2, 1979, in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. She launched her career around 2000 and remained active in the industry for 21 years until her death on March 27, 2021, at age 41. Over that time she worked as a fitness trainer, fashion designer, businesswoman, and podcaster, wearing many hats across the wellness space.

A graduate of the Cinema Makeup School, Karen found steady work as a makeup artist for top fitness models, influencers, actors, and professional athletes. She also appeared in the films Blindsided and Blindsided: The Game, and co-hosted The Fitness Gurls Podcast with Holly Barker. As a spokesmodel and event host, she was a familiar presence at fitness events and competitions. She was also a national champion bikini competitor. Tragically, she died in a snowmobile accident in Vail, Colorado, on March 27, 2021.
