She competed in NCAA Division I gymnastics for Towson, helping the Tigers win the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships in 2009 and 2010, and was named the Southeast Regional Gymnast of the Year in 2012.

After a brief retirement due to a back injury, she returned and teamed with Kayden Carter, winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship in 2022. Her ring name was changed to Katana Chance, and the duo made history as the first women's tag team to win both the WWE and NXT Women's Tag Team Championships. She was released from WWE in May 2025.
