June Blair

Six days before her 30th birthday, June Blair appeared as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January 1957, a milestone that would define much of her public life. Born Margaret June Blair on October 30, 1932, in San Francisco, she was an American actress and glamour model. Her centerfold was photographed by Hal Adams. Blair made her television debut in 1954 and soon took supporting roles in films and guest spots on series. She appeared in Hell Bound (1957), The Best of Everything (1959), and A Fever in the Blood (1961).

In 1960, Blair married actor David Nelson and joined the cast of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, appearing in 28 episodes through 1966. The couple divorced in 1975. Nelson, who died in 2011, was the last of the main family from the series. Blair passed away on December 4, 2022, at age 90, with her niece Tracy Nelson confirming the news on Facebook. No cause of death was given. She is survived by her two children with Nelson, Daniel and Jamie. Blair was straight and had a slim build, with red hair and hazel eyes. She stood 5'5" and weighed 106 lbs. Her real, natural breasts and topless-only solo work were part of her glamour modeling career. Blair retired from acting and modeling long before her death, leaving behind a legacy as one of Playboy's early Playmates.
