Julia Volkova is a Russian singer, best known as a member of the girl group t.A.T.u. Born in Moscow, she formed the duo with Lena Katina in 1999 under producer Ivan Shapovalov. The group signed with Universal Music Russia and later Interscope Records. She is 5'2" tall with a slim build, brown hair, and blue eyes. Volkova identifies as bisexual.
