As a teenager, Julia knew she wanted to model, and her ambition paid off when a prestigious Latvian agency noticed her. Within a year, she was working consistently and helping support her family. At 16, she landed her first national magazine cover. At 17, Julia traveled to Milan, launching her international career. She balanced school with a demanding schedule, flying between Milan and home to finish her education, completing in three weeks what others took six.
