Josi Campos

With black hair, brown eyes, and an average build, Josi Campos is a former Brazilian actress and beauty pageant contestant who rose to fame in the 1980s. She was born in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and began her career around age 16, remaining active from 1980 to 2009. A former Playboy model and centerfold, she became known for her nude photoshoots in men's magazines, appearing twice on the cover of Ele Ela and once on Playboy in November 1987.

Her pageant career includes a third-place finish in Miss Brazil "International Beauty" in 1986, and she was a finalist in Miss São Paulo that same year. In 1987, she moved to Rio de Janeiro, where she won the Girl from Ipanema contest and later paraded for samba schools Mangueira, Portela, and União da Ilha during Carnival. She also worked in television, most notably in the controversial Caso Especial: Garota da capa in 1988, and appeared in three films between 1988 and 1990. In 2014, it was reported that she suffers from schizophrenia and has been living in a specialized clinic in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul.
