About Joanna Lumley
British actress and activist Joanna Lumley was born on Wednesday 1st of May 1946 in Srinagar, Kashmir, India. She is 80 years old, stands 5'8" tall, and has a slim build with natural 34B breasts. Her measurements are 34–30–34. With blonde hair and blue eyes, she began her career in 1967 at around 21 years old, working as a model before becoming an actress. Now, she is also a presenter, producer, and activist.
Lumley's most famous role is Patsy Stone in the BBC sitcom Absolutely Fabulous (1992–2012), a part that earned her two BAFTA TV Awards. Her other television credits include The New Avengers (1976–1977), Sapphire & Steel (1979–1982), Sensitive Skin (2005–2007), and Finding Alice (2021–present). She also appeared in films such as On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969), The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), and Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie (2016). In 2011, she was nominated for a Tony Award for her Broadway role in La Bête. She received the Special Recognition Award at the National Television Awards in 2013 and was honored with the BAFTA Fellowship in 2017.
Beyond acting, Lumley is a dedicated activist. She advocates for Survival International and the Gurkha Justice Campaign, and supports charities like Compassion in World Farming. In 2022, she was made a Dame (DBE) for her services to drama, entertainment, and charity. Her son was born in 1967, and she was briefly married to actor Jeremy Lloyd.
