Jo Collins

Standing 5'4" with a slim build, brown hair, and blue eyes, Jo Collins is a former Playboy model who made history as the Playmate of the Month for December 1964 and Playmate of the Year for 1965. Born Janet Canoy in Lebanon, Oregon, on August 5, 1945, she is of Norwegian and Spanish descent. Her original pictorial was photographed by Mario Casilli.

Jo was discovered while working as a page for the TV game show Queen for a Day. She went on to work at Playboy Clubs as a Bunny and later as a Bunny Mother. She also earned the nickname "G.I. Jo" for her United Service Organizations tours to Vietnam during the Vietnam War, where she entertained troops. Her first trip to Vietnam was to deliver a copy of Playboy in person to Lieutenant Jack Price of the 173rd Airborne Brigade, who had taken Playboy up on its offer to receive the first copy from a Playmate in person.

Jo was married to baseball player Bo Belinsky from 1970 to 1975. In December 1979, she posed nude for the "Playmates Forever!" pictorial. Her active years spanned 1964 to 2006.
