Jessica first made her mark at the age of 19 when she debuted at the Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU) Saskatchewan Provincials, winning first place in the Junior division with a 352.5kg/777lb total. The following year, she won the silver medal at the 2019 IPF World Championship in Helsingborg.
