Jean Bell

Jean Bell, born Thursday 23rd of November 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, is an American former Playboy Model. She made history as the second African American woman to appear as a Playboy centerfold, in the October 1969 issue, following Jennifer Jackson who was the first in March 1965. Photographed by Don Klumpp for her centerfold, Bell later became the first black person to appear on the magazine's cover, featured with four other playmates in January 1970.

After her Playboy appearances, she had a brief acting career, working on films like Mean Streets and The Klansman, sometimes credited as Jeanne Bell. She also posed nude again for Playboy in the December 1979 pictorial 'Playmates Forever!'. At 81 years old, she stands 5'4" with a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes.
