Jasmina Marazita

Born on February 15, 1984, in Bahía de Caráquez, Ecuador, Jasmina grew up in that coastal village before moving to Florida at 17. She earned a journalism degree and started in media at Puerto Rico's Mega TV, later hosting the SBS radio show 106.3 Hola Que Tal. Her work at Telemundo 51 in Florida, where she serves as a traffic anchor, weather presenter, and co-host of Acceso Total, has earned her an Emmy Award and an Associated Press Award. After an earthquake destroyed her childhood home in 2016, she produced a documentary about the disaster with Telemundo 51.

Now based in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area, Jasmina has grown a large digital following, with 1.9 million Instagram followers and 111,400 on TikTok.
