Janet Quist

Janet Quist is a former actress and adult model who made her mark in the late 1970s. She began her career in 1977 after coming to Playboy's attention through a "Playmate Photo Contest" staged by the magazine. That same year, she was featured in the Austin-set film Outlaw Blues. She went on to become a centerfold for Playboy, earning the title of Playmate of the Month for December 1978. She is one of the rare Playmates who had all of her acting credits before becoming a centerfold.

Beyond her modeling and acting, Janet has a degree in cosmetology and is a mother of four. Her legacy extends to pop culture: a recent episode of the animated series King of the Hill referenced her. Her international editions include Playboy France, Japan, and Italy, where she was honored as Playmate of the Month in December 1978, January 1979, and November 1979, respectively. Janet stands 5'7" with blue eyes and brown hair, and she is American.
