Actress Janet Montgomery, born on 29 October 1985 in Bournemouth, England, has built a career across television and film. She first drew attention as Ames in the second season of Human Target (2010–11) and in the 2009 film The Hills Run Red. She is British and Caucasian, with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5'6" with a slim build.
Montgomery played the lead in Made in Jersey (2012) and starred as Mary Sibley in Salem from 2014 to 2017. She then took on the role of Lauren Bloom on New Amsterdam from 2018 to 2022. More recently, she appeared in the Amazon Prime series Scarpetta.
