Hikaru Ezaki

Hikaru Ezaki is a Japanese K-pop idol and rapper known for her petite frame, standing at 5'1", and her slim build. Born on Friday, 12th of March 2004, in Sawara-ku, Fukuoka, Japan, she began her entertainment career as a child. At age 12, she joined Avex Artist Academy's kids trainee duo group, +GANG, where she went by the name 'Hikarun'. The group was based in Fukuoka and disbanded in early 2018 after about two years, but Hikaru stayed on as a trainee.

Her path to fame took a decisive turn when she became a trainee under XGALX with XG from 2017 to 2021. She did not debut with XG because she chose to compete on the survival show Girls Planet 999. Confirmed as a contestant in July 2021, the show aired from August to October. In the finale, she ranked 7th overall, earning a spot in the girl group Kep1er. She debuted with Kep1er on January 3, 2022, with the release of their debut mini album, First Impact.

Hikaru's Instagram following has grown to 303k. She is also recognized for her time on the survival show and her ongoing career with Kep1er. Though rumors surfaced in 2024 that she might rejoin XG, that did not happen due to her contract renewal with WAKEONE. She remains a notable figure in the K-pop scene.
