Helle Trevino

Standing 5'5" with a muscular build, black hair, and blue eyes, Helle Trevino is a 51-year-old Romanian bodybuilder and influencer. Born on July 9, 1975, she has become one of the most recognizable figures in female bodybuilding. Her physique, enhanced by fake/boosted breasts, reflects years of dedicated training.

Helle's competitive career began at age 19 when she started training, and she entered her first contest in 2000 at age 22. She turned pro at the 2010 Ms. International, the only competition where she didn't finish in the top five. She placed second at the Ms. Olympia in both 2013 and 2014, behind Iris Kyle.
