Georgia Taylor-Brown

Georgia Taylor-Brown MBE, born on 15 March 1994 in Manchester, England, is a British triathlete. She began competing professionally in 2012 at around 18 years old, and has been active for 14 years. Taylor-Brown won bronze in the 2018 and 2019 World Triathlon Series, then clinched the 2020 World Triathlon Championship in Hamburg, becoming the fifth British woman to achieve that title. In 2021, she secured silver in the Olympic triathlon, the best result ever for a British female triathlete at the Games, before winning gold in the Triathlon Mixed Relay alongside Jess Learmonth, Jonathan Brownlee, and Alex Yee on 31 July 2021.

She also claimed victory in the 2021 Super League Triathlon Championship Series, finishing ahead of her relay teammate Jess Learmonth, and placed second in all four races of that series. Taylor-Brown is Great Britain's most successful female Olympic triathlete, and along with Alex Yee, the most successful Olympic triathlete at a single Games. Standing at 5'4" (162 cm), she is based in Leeds, England, where she trains at the Leeds Triathlon Centre.
