Georganne Moline

Georganne Moline is an American hurdler who specializes in the 400 metres hurdles and 400 metres. Born on March 6, 1990, in Missoula, Montana, she has been active in the sport since 2009. Standing at 5'9" with an athletic build, she has made her mark on the track at both the collegiate and international levels.

Her journey began at Thunderbird High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where she won state championships in the 100m and 300m hurdles during her junior and senior years. At the University of Arizona, she overcame a stress fracture that redshirted her freshman outdoor season. She anchored the 4x400 relay, setting school records, and won the Pac-12 title in the 400m hurdles in 2012. That undefeated season was interrupted only by a fall in the NCAA preliminary round.

Moline reached the pinnacle of her sport when she placed second at the 2012 U.S. Olympic trials, earning a spot on the Olympic team at age 22. At the Olympics, she won her heat, qualified for the final, and finished fifth with a personal best of 53.92 seconds. That Olympic final remains a highlight of a career that spans over 17 years, and she continues to compete at a high level today.
