Chertsey-born actress Gemma Bissix made her screen debut as a teenager before landing her first major role in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks. She later joined the cast of EastEnders, and went on to appear in the musical drama Britannia High. With a career spanning more than 25 years, she has worked steadily across British television.
