About Florentina Iusco

Edited by the community

Florentina Iusco is a 30-year-old Romanian long jumper with natural breasts, black hair, brown eyes, an athletic build, and tattoos including hearts on both shoulders, writing along her right flank and hip, angel wings with a halo on her left forearm, a flower on her upper back, and writing along her spine. Born in Deva, Romania, she grew up in a city known for producing elite gymnasts. After outgrowing gymnastics, she switched to track and field.

At age 17, she won gold in both the long jump and triple jump at the 2013 World Youth Championships, becoming only the second athlete to do so. In 2015, she earned a bronze medal in the long jump at the European Indoor Championships. Then came a four-year hiatus from senior international competition, during which she gave birth to a child, attended university, and competed briefly in bobsleigh as a brakewoman.

She returned to international track and field with a bronze at the 2019 Universiade and later competed at the 2019 World Championships and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but she has not reached a senior international podium since her return. In February 2024, the IAAF banned her for two years after a positive test for furosemide, a diuretic that can mask other performance-enhancing drugs.
