Fiona Vroom has played opposite Christoph Waltz, Nicolas Cage, and Vera Farmiga, and worked under directors Tim Burton and Justin Lin. She is Canadian, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, on June 14, 1983. She trained in ballet from age five and spent 20 years in dance, including study at the Canadian College of Performing Arts. Under choreographer Jacques Lemay, she performed in 21 countries on cruise ships before turning her focus to acting.

Her screen credits include Netflix's Altered Carbon, BBC America's Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, Fox's The X-Files, USA Network's Psych, CTV's Motive, The CW's Supernatural and iZombie, Nickelodeon's Are You Afraid of the Dark, NBC's Trial and Error, Amazon's The Man in the High Castle, A&E's Bates Motel, and AMC's Hell on Wheels. She also appeared in Star Trek Beyond, Big Eyes, and Power Rangers, and played Miss Gillies in TNT's Snowpiercer.

Beyond acting, Fiona has produced. Her 2014 web series The True Heroines won Best Web Series at the LA Web Festival and the Leo Awards, and earned two Leo nominations and a Canadian Screen Award nomination. In 2018 she produced three shorts: Mi Madre, My Father, which screened internationally and at Cannes via Telefilm's Not Short on Talent; Dance with a Demon, which won three awards at the Vancouver Horror Show Festival; and Save Yourself, funded by a Storyhive grant. She has also worked as a showrunner's assistant on The Detour season four and on The Ninth Life of Louis Drax. Vroom has been active since 2008, bringing over 18 years of experience to her roles. She is 5'4" with green eyes and red hair.
