Before her current path, Femina worked as an agency model in Los Angeles and New York City, doing runway, commercial, and editorial assignments. She left her contract because the toxicity of the fashion world conflicted with her values of acceptance, universal love, and living in alignment with nature. She is now a full-time freelancer who prefers the supportive fine art community. Her work has appeared in publications such as P Magazine, Osphilia, Solstice Magazine, and Vogue, as well as The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The female form is her biggest inspiration. Her art communicates vulnerability, affliction, and the shadows of human experience that people seldom discuss. She wants viewers to see the skin, hair, bones, and emotions in her work and feel something unfamiliar or uncomfortable.
