Fatimih Davila

Fatimih Davila was a Uruguayan model and beauty pageant titleholder. She was born on February 1, 1988, in Punta del Este, Uruguay. Her career began in 2005 when she was around 18 years old, and she remained active until her death in 2019. Over 14 years, she built a career that spanned pageantry, modeling, and acting. Davila gained prominence in her home country after winning Miss Universo Uruguay 2006, representing Punta del Este. That win earned her a spot in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant held in Los Angeles. She also competed internationally in Reina Sudamericana 2006, where she was a finalist; Miss Model of the World 2006, reaching the semifinals; Miss Continente Americano 2006, placing as first runner-up; and Miss World 2008 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Alongside her pageant success, Davila appeared as a supporting actress in Mexican telenovelas, including "El triunfo del amor" and "Soy tu dueña." Standing at 5'9" with a slim build, she had brown hair and grey eyes. She was Latin, which was a part of her heritage. Davila met a tragic end: she was found dead at a hotel in Mexico City on May 2, 2019, at age 31. Initial reports suggested she was found hanged.
